Shanghai Morimatsu Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd., an overseas subsidiary of Morimatsu Industry Co., Ltd. (Japan), is the first foreign invested company in Pudong New Area.
It started its business in 1990, honored "Pudong No.1".

Motivated by continued success and growing business, Morimatsu Japan has invested four more companies in Shanghai which are Shanghai Morimatsu Pharmaceutical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Morimatsu Environment Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Morimatsu Mixing Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Morimatsu Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. The current output of Shanghai Morimatsu is ten times as much as that of its early operation. Specializing in the manufacturing of various carbon steel, stainless, duplex, nickel base alloy, Titanium, Zirconium and different clad equipment, localized the fabrication of core equipment for Petrochemical, Mining/Refinery, and Chemical Fiber Projects.

The biggest size for a single piece in our shop could be 10 meters for diameter and 70 meters for length. Shanghai Morimatsu is certified to manufacture processing equipment under Chinese (A1 & A2), American (ASME Code U Stamp), and PED (AD2000 CE Marking), and Japanese (JIS) standards.
Its quality system is built upon ISO9001:2000.
